We are going to Santiago de Compostela.

Who are we then? Anders is a carpenter, Tommy is a lawyer, but had a stroke about 2 years ago. I am a doctor, but also had a stroke about 5 years ago.Tommy and I were together at Hedla neurorehab and we talked about being able to walk Santiago de Compostela in the future. After that, we talked to Anders. Anyway, it was decided that we would walk during the month of May.Our tickets are already booked and also the hiking lodge is also booked. We fly from Arlanda to Biarritz in early May 2025. We are sleeping just outside the airport in Biarritz, and then it is booked in Ronvalles. The first hike is tough, we will walk 27 km over the Pyrenees. I have read a lot, both books, YouTube and googled a lot. I saw Magnus Fyrfalk's website. There is a lot to read about Camino here. This is highly recommended. The first one I read is called "Pilgrimsvandra till Santiago de Compostela" which is written by Ulf Luthman. In this book you can read about El Camino Francés, the pilgrimage route that starts on the French side of the…

This package, priced at approximately 15,000 SEK, was an all-inclusive deal that covered accommodation, three-course dinners accompanied by an impressive buffet at the historic Hotel Salzburger Hof, and lunches served at mountain huts during the day’s hikes.
